App doesn’t have these menu options, and it will not connect to music or audio from my device. Only responds to mic sounds. Very frustrating

Using Cync cafe lights, once a custom show is set up with a schedule, do you have to keep the app on or is it upload to the control box of the lights. These lights are not what I thought so far, and support sucks.
Only recently started delving into this app, curious if there’s a way to see the settings of presets or to copy them over to custom for lightshows so I can customize it with slight variations, like different colors and such. specifically I’m trying to mimic the candle preset but change the color.
No such thing as light show app
