Some clarifications on the UPERFECT Delta Mega, since we definitely missed a few key features:
1. The Delta Mega supports triple-screen extended display on Windows (this feature was not demonstrated in the video).
2. For Mac and other OS devices (note: Mac must natively support at least two external displays), single-cable limitations are caused by OS and hardware compatibility constraints.
– The upgraded version (with an additional USB port) supports triple-screen extended display using 1 power cable + 2 USB Type-C signal cables.
– The original version supports triple-screen extended display via HDMI + USB-C dual-signal connections, plus 1 power cable.
3. For Linux-based systems, multi-display compatibility depends on the specific distribution, kernel, and graphics driver, and therefore cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
4. All UPERFECT dual-screen monitor series (15.6”–23.8”) feature a driver-free design, primarily due to the complexity of driver installation and security restrictions on some devices.

Laptops are great. You can take them anywhere and still get to crunching some serious work… But you know what isn’t great? The teeny tiny 13″ screen. So, in this video I set out to find out whether expensive portable monitors are worth the price or whether you should go with a more affordable option.

I am doing a Laptop to eGPU dock setup and I bought a cheap $70 Portable monitor as my second screen as I don’t have a big space on my desk the specs where 120Hz at 1400p and it looks great I bought a IPad stand and it looks no different from a regular monitor it’s actually really nice and well worth it
My uPerfect died after 2 uses… then they refused to replace it…. it’s actual junk.
I feel like the reviewer didn’t do her homework before making this video. If her goals were to (a) determine if a portable monitor were a useful productivity tool, and (b) assess how much of an impact price would have on quality, she should have selected two well-reviewed products at dramatically different price points. For example, she could have chosen an Arzopa monitor (1.7 lb) for the inexpensive option at $125 and an Asus ZenScreen Duo OLED (2.36 lb) at $600 for the expensive option. The uPerfect Delta Mega is not even a portable monitor–it weighs 13.77 lb! Did she check the specs before getting it? It’s hard to determine if a type of product is useful if you only look at suboptimal examples.
I agree with you about the portable monitor needs to have its own battery. It makes no sense to plug it in. Otherwise, it is better to just buy or use an old tablet with some software set up to do that. I did join a Kickstarter that has a monitor that will do just that as well. It is the 4URPC: 15.6″. I have no idea what kind of name that is. But as long as it is completely wireless I am good with it.
