Great breakdown, thanks mate
Iβm suspicious of ANC, because it works by playing back a phase cancelling frequency, presumably at the same level as the ones you want to lose. So Iβm looking for the best PNC over ears as I have been told that SPL is more harmful than dB so in ears worse even at lower volumes? So this vid is perfect thanks!
I have passive earbuds but honestly, they amplify background noise when someone’s yelling
i love my ANC earbuds just because i can choose if i want to use ANC or i can just turn it off and listen to everything arround. with the passive one there is no “stay aware” mode
Which ear pads are the best for passive noise isolation?
